Brief Description: The project entailed the careful demolition of the existing school outbuilding to the rear of Kevin Street and an adjoining wall which also bounds Kevin Street and the boundary with Patrick’s Street in a built up city center location. 

Before works commenced, the entire site was secured using solid luminated site hoarding incorporating all necessary Health & safety signage.

Once demolition works were complete, we built a new 3 storey school building comprising of: 5 class rooms, a general-purpose room, library, staff offices, canteen, stores and a maintenance & control room. All works were quality assured throughout. Weekly integrated HSEQ audits were undertaken for the full construction period.
