Brief Description: This project consisted of the construction of an environmentally friendly sustainable residential development consisting of two separate blocks of 48 modern day apartments. A reinforced concrete basement car park was provided below Block 1.
Key site activities included; dilapidation survey, site clearance, demolition and alteration works to existing structures works, reinforced concrete piling, reinforced concrete frame, brick & blockwork, green roof and mechanical & electrical installation.
All works were tested and inspected as they progressed in line with BC(A)R requirements. Testing and commissioning was also undertaken as the works developed. The project was handed over to the full satisfaction of the client.
