Brief Description: The refurbishment, restoration and retrofit of the existing social housing complex including the addition of two new floors of accommodation over the existing building of 6 floors, providing a total of 80 number apartments with external balconies and 5nr levels of internal walkway balconies with modern glass balustrading. As part of the external works we provided additional carparking and play area fully equipped with play equipment.

The energy efficiency of all new apartments was improved to level A2. New PV panels were fitted on the roof towards the attainment of NZEB standards. The building was delivered in a very restricted city center location. The newly upgraded and modernized building was handed over to the satisfaction of the client.
