Brief Description: The works entailed the construction of ten environmentally friendly sustainable apartments and five townhouses in a built-up and busy part of Drogheda Town Centre.

Key site activities included; dilapidation survey, demolitions & asbestos removal, site enabling works, traffic & pedestrian management, liaison procedures, reinforced concrete frame, brickwork and blockwork, pre-cast floor slabs and stairs, green roof construction, SUDS and services installation including external landscaping and feature finishes.

The project was handed over to the client’s complete satisfaction, within budget and programme. The project was awarded the RIAI Public Choice Award in 2020, an award given to acknowledge architectural and construction projects built to an exceptional high sustainable standard.
