Brief Description: The Development consisted of the construction of 2 No. Retail units, 21 No. Residential units, ESB substation, Switch Room and support infrastructure.  We also provided a reinforced concrete basement carpark over the entire area of the scheme.

The entire building was delivered to a high energy efficient A2 BER rating. The 21 No Residential Units were fully fitted out with modern day Kitchen and Bedroom Furniture. 

The external common areas was finished to the Landscape Architects design proposals with raised planter beds, water fountains, street furniture and roof gardens. The project was handed over to the satisfaction of the client on time and within budget.
