Brief Description: This project consisted of the construction of a new three stories 96 en-suite bedrooms nursing home in Dunshaughlin, Co. Meath. Ancillary facilities included common rooms, cinema, café, hair salon, lounges, TV rooms and a public bar.

The building was designed and built to high energy efficiency and NZEB standards which entailed PV roof panels, efficient boilers, triple-glazed aluminium windows and tightly insulated exterior leaf.

Externally we provided EV charging points, bicycle parking spaces, disability access and parking and extensive soft landscaping in the forms of new trees, shrubs, hedges, planters and green areas.
The exterior leaf consists of a combination of brick, stone cladding and rendered insulation, all procured to circular economy standards.

Weekly integrated HSEQ audits and BC(A)R inspections were undertaken as the works progresses.
