Brief Description: The development consisted of the construction of a 600m2 two storey extension to an existing conference facility to contain staff canteen, lecture hall, new entrance, offices, stores, toilets and circulation space. New M&E installation was provided, tested and commissioned throughout. A new BMS was also installed to improve the overall efficiency of the building.
The building remained operational throughout all works. Weekly integrated HSEQ audits were conducted throughout the works period, allowing us to handover a quality assured building on completion.
