Brief Description: This project entailed the refurbishment, restoration and fit-out of an existing Ryanair Facility at Dublin Airport. We also built a single-storey building to house two flight simulators for training purposes with a connecting skyway to the adjoining Ryanair building that included custom built training classrooms. 

Key site activities included; the construction of new RC walls, steel support structures, pre-cast flooring, internal walls, cladding and sustainable intelligent external glazing.

The works included a completely new M&E installation, testing & commissioning, internal finishes cleaning and handover. Throughout the works, the new simulators had to be constantly protected. The building was handed over to the satisfaction of Ryanair.
