Works are currently well underway on the construction of a new two-storey St. Mary's Special School, an extension to Colaiste na Mi and the refurbishment of the Sion House and St. Martha's.
The finished building will provide 17 new classrooms including a new library, clinical support room, occupational therapy room, catering kitchen, general purpose hall and day rooms and the upgraded of 15 existing classrooms.
Externally we will provide new grass and all weather sports pitches and courts.
The building was designed and is being built using sustainable construction techniques. To harness natural energy and be in line with circular economy principles, PV panels will be provided on the roof.
