The company undertakes the role of PSCS on all projects and our insurance is inclusive of this role. All our site supervisory team are qualified to Managing Safety in Construction.
It is also our policy to protect persons not employed by this company who may be affected by our activities. 

All our employees have the responsibility to cooperate with supervisors and managers to achieve a healthy and safe workplace and to take reasonable care of themselves and others.
We strive towards both Zero Harm and Zero Defects, and also consider the Health & Safety of our employees whilst travelling to and from work.

We are accredited with ISO-45001:2018.

We adopt a holistic approach to Health & Safety whereby our employees are trained and equipped with mental health well-being and dietary concerns. Our overall aim is to go beyond Zero Harm, whereby we provide mental health support and best dietary practices. We also strive for continuous improvement in all areas of a HSEQ nature.
