Ganson Building & Civil Engineering Ltd. is fully committed to the well-being of all our stakeholders including the overall environment. All our policies and procedures are geared towards enhancing the lives of all the people we touch. Included among those are; employees, neighbours, suppliers, sub-contractors, design team members, customers and all members of the communities where we work.

Our CSR policy is aligned with the principles of ISO-26000:2010.

We are appreciative of the need for employment and environmental enhancements within our local communities and our responsibilities in nurturing and developing the skills of the local individuals. We care about people who are unemployed and will endeavour to re-engage them in the workplace. In this way, we always strive to Give Back Better to the community.

We aim to demonstrate  “ Our commitment to integrating socially responsible values and concerns of stakeholders into our operations in a manner that fulfils and exceeds current legal and commercial expectations”.

We have formulated and implemented policies and procedures which are communicated to all site personnel and are all available on our website and site offices. 

When beneficial we will register our sites with the “Considerate Constructors Scheme” to highlight our respect for the local environment. We will produce monthly Sustainability Reports which will be made available to our clients and other interested parties. This will reinforce our commitment to our Corporate Social Responsibilities.

All new employees will be added to our Training Needs Matrix to ensure that training is delivered to recognised industry standards and matched to the needs of the individual.

We will strive to ensure through Total Quality Management & Training that our subcontractors and suppliers adopt a similar approach to Corporate Social Responsibility as Ganson Building & Civil Engineering Ltd. We strive for continuous improvement in all that we do.
